A large storm is currently hitting northern Europe and is moving south. Germany issued the second-highest level of storm warning, but Poland, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Denmark also issued weather alerts.
According to the European Severe Weather Organization, the cyclone is still deepening, which will significantly worsen severe wind conditions, with wind gusts of between 110 and 130 km/h in many areas.
