Cargo-partner has announced new interline services to and from various countries in Europe, including Turkey, the UK and Ireland.
In response to the ongoing shortage of truck drivers and frequent traffic congestion at European borders, Cargo Partner offers a range of multimodal transport solutions covering a wide network of EU and non-EU countries.
The company’s intermodal transport solutions utilize 45-foot containers and 13.6-meter tilt trailers that use rail for the main stage of transport and ensure that goods are transported without reloading between modes of transport.
According to Cargo Partner, this method not only reduces costs, but also reduces environmental impact, with the potential to save up to 80 percent of carbon dioxide compared to traditional transportation solutions.
“The efficiency and reliability of intermodal logistics make it an ideal choice for various industries,” said Vladislav Kovachowski, Corporate Product Manager for Intermodal Transport at Cargo Partner.
“Industries such as fashion, electronics, automotive and general industrial goods benefit greatly from its cost-effectiveness and reduced environmental footprint.”

The company said the need for such innovative solutions came about due to current logistical bottlenecks, such as the recent truck line at the Hamzabeyli/Kapitan Andreevu border between Turkey and Bulgaria.
Cargo Partners’ multimodal transport services include flexible routing options with frequent flights to and from Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Turkey as well as Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. In addition, Belgium and the Netherlands are used as gateways for further transport services to the UK and Ireland.
Recently, cargo-partner has extended its partnership with HHLA Pure for another year across its branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
